Unused credits provided from monthly service plans will roll over from month to month for up to 6 months after they are given. Credits purchased additionally and credits received from Profile reimbursements expire 6 months after the date they are issued.

*All Profile Plans are monthly plans with an automatically reoccurring monthly billing. You may change, cancel or suspend your account at any time by selecting "My Service Plan" under "My Account" on your Virtual Office Main Menu. A one-time, nonrefundable setup fee of $15.00 applies to some plans.
